Planning leadership and workstreams
The planning process is organized around four workstreams comprised of more than 100 faculty, staff and students from across IU.
The co-principal investigators for the grant are:
- Rahul Shrivastav, interim vice president for student success, enrollment, and institutional effectiveness
- Anne Leftwich, professor in education at IU Bloomington and associate vice president for learning technologies in UITS

Pat Hopkins, dean of the Kelley School of Business, and Isak Nti Asare, assistant dean for undergraduate education and student affairs at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies at IU Bloomington, are co-chairs focused on answering, “How does IU decide, communicate, and stay aligned about AI at scale?”
